Date Determines How Site Opens Html?

I am working on a simple web page that will only open if the date is say 02/10/2009, if it is the web page displays the actual page and if it isn’t 2/10 then the page returns something along the lines of “Have to wait until the 10th”. Any ideas for a simple way to do that, coldfusion has failed me with that (class I am in is using coldfusion and i am just messing around with an assignment for that class). Thanks in advance
